What we receive
Only what you type into the booking form yourself, plus a few technical notes so we know where the request came from:
- your name;
- your phone number or Telegram username;
- your car — make, model and year, if you gave them;
- your comment and the service you picked;
- the site language and the page the request was sent from;
- campaign tags (UTM) and Google ad identifiers (gclid, gbraid, wbraid), if you came to the site through such a link.
Why
Only to contact you about your booking: to confirm the time, the car and what needs doing. We don’t send newsletters and don’t pass this data to other companies for advertising.
Who processes it and where
Your data is processed by the Stoservise car service in Sumy. Requests go to the workshop’s internal Telegram chat, where they are seen by the staff who book customers in. The site is hosted by Vercel (USA); like any host, it keeps technical request logs, including IP addresses.
Spam protection
The form may be protected by Cloudflare Turnstile. It checks that the request comes from a person rather than a bot, and to do so it processes technical browser data and your IP address.
How long it is kept
No longer than needed to book you in and service your car.
Cookies, your browser, the map and analytics
The site remembers your chosen language in a cookie — purely for convenience. If you arrived through an ad link, the first-visit tags (UTM, gclid, gbraid, wbraid) are kept in your browser’s localStorage for up to 90 days and reach us only if you send a request. The Google Maps map loads when you open it; Google then receives your IP address and browser data under its own terms. Google Analytics runs only if it is enabled on the site; it then collects visit statistics — which pages are viewed and where visitors come from, without names or phone numbers.
